1. Information about Personal Data Controller (PDC)

Please be informed that your personal data are processed by Medical Communications Sp. z o.o., ul. Powsińska 34, 02-903 Warsaw, tel.: +48 22 651 97 83, e-mail: rodo@medical.pl, for the purposes of the realisation of this Agreement [legal basis: Art. 6, item 1 b of the Regulation of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)].

Your personal data will be stored until the expiration of the limitation period for claims that might arise from this legal relationship, unless you express your consent for the processing of these data for marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, and download copies of your data, to limit their processing or to file objections against their processing or transfer.

You may file a complaint concerning the processing of your personal data by our company to the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office (Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Submitting your personal data is required to conclude the Agreement.

2. Information about the possibility to transfer personal data to other entities

In certain situations, we may transfer your personal data to other entities, if it is necessary for us to perform our services. Your data will be transferred to three groups only: persons authorised by us, our employees and associates who must have access to these data in order to perform their duties, data processing entities entrusted with this task, and other data recipients, such as couriers, banks, insurance companies, law firms, and other co-operating entities.

3. Cookies files
